Returns Policy



Our return policy is 5 business days for all vendors. If 5 business days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
  • Downloadable products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Health or beauty products
  • Books
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Purchases are sent back to vendors not Crafts Org.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as indicated under our buyer's protection.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you as reward points, gift voucher or cash. Kindly note that only cost of purchased items will be refunded. Depending on the reason of return, you may or may not be charged for cost of shipping of returned items.

You will be charged if:

1. You decide to reject an item when already delivered.
2. You select wrong size of item without paying attention to size guide.
Vendor will be charged for return if:

1. Wrong item was delivered
2. Item delivered is not as described (by image or text)
3. Item received has a missing part of accecories
4. Item received is not authentic

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Ordinarily you will be notified via mail when we process your refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your profile on our website or/and bank account statement.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Same policy for returns above applies to exchange. If you need to exchange or return your item, kindly use your account on the website.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the vendor responsible for selling to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over N25,000 (or its equivalent), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
