4. Follow Vendors
Some customers prefer dealing with certain sellers they trust and want to
get up-to-date information about their products. This is what the follow
vendor function allows them to do. It increases the customer traffic and
loyalty. Once a customer follows a vendor, he/she will be notified when:
- Vendor creates a product
- Vendor product is back in stock
- Product review is created

To increase customer's loyalty, vendors are advised to do the following:
- Give reasonable discounts and/or free gifts
- Ensure your prices are not too expensive
- Understand your customers
- Be willing to answer questions. Treat every
customer with love and respect.
- Reply customer's query rapidly when messaged on the
message center. To access message center on admin panel, goto
Customers > message center
- Ensure speedy order fulfilment.
- Ensure to update your stock on the admin panel in
order not to mislead potential buyers.
- Use social media to advertise your store’s link for
people to follow your store on Crafts Org. marketplace.

FAQs
Q: Can PUP substitute the Admin Panel?
A: NO, PUP is just a portal
to help collect product information to be uploaded to the marktetplace on
behalf of the vendor. Vendors are still expected to login to their admin panels
for product and order management, e.g update price and quantity, change order
status, etc.
Q: Does PUP and Admin panel share same login credentials?
A: NO, PUP is an
independent system. You will be required to sign up newly if you want to use
the portal.
Q: How do I know when I
have an order?
A: Crafts Org. will notify
you by email when you receive an order, it is advisable for all vendors to
constantly check their admin panels, fortunately the admin panel is responsive,
meaning it can be viewed via browser on any device.
Q: What should I do if I
get an order?
A: 1. Wait for Crafts Org.
admin to change the status to approved.
2. Make arrangements to
deliver the item e.g package the item
3. Change order status to
"Read to ship".
4. Depending on arrangement
with Crafts Org., take package to shipping terminal or wait for pickup.
Q: What should I do if I
get a pre-order?
A: 1. Wait for Crafts Org.

to "Pre-order"
3. Produce item in order
and package
4. Change order status to

Q: Is it compulsory to have
